About The Impact Group

Roy Solomon

Since 2001, The Impact Group has provided a full range of business brokerages to business owners and buyers. Our company has completed transactions for manufacturing, business services, retail, distribution, health services, and technology companies.

The Impact Group provides small and mid-market firms, those with values between $300,000 and $5,000,000, with the level of representation that previously had only been available to much larger firms. Our regional and national affiliations enable us to reach beyond a local base of buyers and sellers to achieve our clients’ objectives.

We limit the number of assignments at any given time which ensures our ability to be highly pro-active, responsive and the ability to provide a very high level of attention to our clients. An Impact Group principal attends all buyer/seller meetings. This permits us to positively influence the tenor and direction of the meetings; manage the flow of information; measure the interest level of potential acquirers; suggest enhancements for future meetings and have a thorough knowledge of what transpires. This assists us in maximizing both the value and the probability of closing the transaction.

Roy Solomon, President and CEO, has over 30 years of experience in the management and ownership of large and small companies. He has professional certifications as both Business Transfer Specialist, and Financial Recasting Consultant.   Mr. Solomon, prior to his business brokerage career, had a successful career as a sales & marketing executive for several computer software companies.
